Eric Schmidt owns about 1% of Anthropic — half as much as the company's CEO, according to Bloomberg
Former Google chief Eric Schmidt, according to Bloomberg, owns roughly 1% of Anthropic after investing in the 2021 Series A round. That is about half the stake of CEO Dario Amodei (2%). In the event of an IPO with a valuation of up to $2 trillion, Schmidt's stake could be worth up to $20 billion.
