Russia's oil and gas revenues more than doubled in October
According to the Russian Finance Ministry, oil and gas budget revenues in October amounted to 971.2 billion rubles ($11.9 billion) — 114.7% more than in September. The rise is linked to higher energy prices amid supply disruptions from the Middle East.
