Abu Dhabi to hire 2,000 Emirati teachers in private schools over five years
Abu Dhabi has introduced an Emiratisation policy for private education: over five years, private schools in the capital will hire 2,000 teachers — UAE citizens — primarily in social studies, Arabic language and Islamic studies. The programme is supported by the Ministry of Human Resources, the Nafis council and major school operators, including GEMS Education, Taaleem, Sabis and others.
