Governor of Ryazan Region asked residents to limit movement after a drone attack
After an overnight drone attack on Ryazan, the head of the region, Pavel Malkov, recommended that residents limit movement where possible on November 5, not approach the debris, and report findings by calling 112. One person was injured, fires broke out at industrial facilities, power lines were damaged, and windows were shattered at School No. 58, where classes were cancelled.
