Dubai resident from Kerala wins $1 million in Dubai Duty Free draw after 27 years of taking part
62-year-old Indian entrepreneur Govindan Nair has won the Millennium Millionaire Series 562 draw. He has been taking part in the lottery since its launch in 1999 and became the 286th Indian to win a million dollars.
