“Drive avenue” in Tashkent: car dealership that promised cars from China left dozens of people without money — damages exceeded 10.9 billion soums
The “Drive avenue” MCHJ car dealership in Tashkent promised to bring BYD cars from China on favorable terms and collected tens of thousands of dollars from customers. According to Kun.uz, Bekzod Bahtimurodov stood behind the company unofficially; a fraud case had previously been opened against him. According to the capital’s Main Department of Internal Affairs, the damages in the consolidated case amounted to 10 billion 902 million soums, of which 5 billion 207 million soums have been reimbursed.
