Dubai unveils rain protection plan: 10 temporary lakes and 675 specialists on duty
Dubai Municipality announced its preparations for the rainy season: 10 temporary lakes have been created to collect rainwater in strategic locations, and a 24-hour response team of 675 people has been formed. A project to expand the drainage network worth 30 billion dirhams is also underway.
