All substations of the Kirovsky and Proletarsky districts in Donetsk reconnected after an emergency outage
Power engineers from Donetskenergo have completed the reconnection of all 95 de-energized transformer substations in the Kirovsky and Proletarsky districts of Donetsk, the city head Alexey Kulemzin reported. Meanwhile, in the Petrovsky district, as of November 4, 122 substations remained without power, and limited electricity supply persisted for 25,803 consumers.
