Kaliningrad Region Authorities Denied the Introduction of a 'Digital Readiness Regime'
The press secretary of the governor of the Kaliningrad Region, Mariam Bashkirova, called fake an order circulating in Telegram channels about the introduction of a 'digital readiness regime' with checks of official accounts.
