China called for unlocking AI's potential following the APEC finance ministers' meeting in Hong Kong
APEC finance ministers concluded a two-day meeting in Hong Kong, adopting a joint statement and a document on financing digital infrastructure. China's Finance Minister Lan Foan called for using AI to boost productivity. The APEC leaders' summit will be held on November 18–19 in Shenzhen.
