Filipp Nemov, head of a department at the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, listed three basic rules of digital hygiene: control over personal data, understanding the capabilities of internet tools, and regularly updating knowledge about cybersecurity. Earlier, IT expert Igor Bederev warned about the risks of sharing personal data with neural networks.
