Binance freezes three billion dollars in crypto assets amid reports of a cyberattack
The cryptocurrency exchange Binance increased the volume of blocked funds to approximately three billion dollars following reports of a possible cyberattack. The platform’s founder Changpeng Zhao had earlier announced a likely hack, while the alleged leak was estimated at almost 5.7 billion dollars.
