US and Chinese defense departments agree to develop communication measures to reduce risks
The annual working group on crisis communication between the Pentagon and the PLA was held in Washington. The sides agreed on the importance of practical communication measures to reduce risks; the meeting took place ahead of Trump's visit to China for the APEC summit.
