Lawyer reminds of restrictions after free bankruptcy through the MFC
The completion of out-of-court bankruptcy through the MFC does not restore the borrower's full access to credit: for five years, when obtaining a loan, one must report the bankruptcy, and there are also restrictions on managerial positions.
