TRNC PM Ustel: attempts at a federal settlement of Cyprus ended at Crans-Montana
Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Unal Ustel, after a meeting with the UN Secretary-General's personal envoy, stated that the search for a federal-based solution ended at the 2017 Crans-Montana conference, and called for negotiations to be built on recognition of the sovereign equality of two peoples and two states.
