NHS trust to face court over deaths of two children from sepsis at Broomfield Hospital
Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Broomfield Hospital, is charged on three counts over the deaths of three-year-old Zeydi Ajetunmobi (2022) and two-year-old Selina Samarina (2024). The case was brought by the regulator CQC; a hearing at Chelmsford court is scheduled for 3 December.
