Russian cosmonauts to get dry yogurt with ten times the dose of probiotics
Roscosmos and the company Logika Moloka have signed an agreement to create 'dry yogurt' for orbital crews: according to the state corporation's press service, it will contain 10 times more probiotic bifidobacteria than regular yogurt, as well as vitamins D, E and B vitamins, calcium and protein. The product will not require refrigerated transport and, as expected, will find use in Arctic expeditions and hard-to-reach areas of the Earth.
