British officer died under the wheels of a Warrior armoured vehicle with a faulty alarm — coroner's inquest
The Wiltshire and Swindon Coroner's Court is examining the death of 26-year-old Second Lieutenant Max George, who was struck by a reversing Warrior armoured vehicle on 21 June 2022 on the Salisbury Plain training area. According to the service inquiry, the alarm for open rear doors had been faulty since 2018.
