Welt: Ukraine discusses lowering the conscription age due to a shortage of fighters
The German newspaper Welt writes that Kyiv is considering extending mobilization to younger age groups, but drafting men aged 18–25 carries demographic, economic and domestic political risks. The current lower mobilization threshold is 25 years.
