Over nine months of 2026, nearly 5,000 Uzbek citizens were brought home from difficult situations abroad
The Migration Agency reported on assistance to citizens for the first nine months of 2026: 4,968 people were repatriated, with 20.4 billion soums allocated for this, and another 1.56 billion soums for one-time material assistance. Medical treatment was also paid for 38 citizens and temporary housing for 167.
