Over 2.8 million people in Uzbekistan have set a self-ban on obtaining loans
According to the Credit Information Analytical Center, as of October 1, 2026, 2,841,475 people had used the 'Credit Ban' service — over three months their number grew by 10.4%. The service, launched on June 6, allows one to free of charge prohibit the conclusion of loan agreements in one's name without the citizen's knowledge and protects against fraud.
