Monsoon founder Peter Simon's collection to go under the hammer at Christie's for ~€130 million
Around 200 works of modern and contemporary art from the collection of Peter Simon, founder of the British brand Monsoon, will be sold at Christie's auction in London. Among the lots are paintings by Mondrian, Warhol, Miró and de Kooning, as well as a 1978 work by Francis Bacon with an estimate of €15–19 million.
