The Interior Ministry explains to parents what to do if a child goes missing
In materials from the Russian Interior Ministry reviewed by RIA Novosti, parents are advised to immediately contact the police with documents and a recent photo of the child, describe the child's appearance and distinctive features, and also report any chronic illnesses. There is no need to wait three days, and a duty officer's refusal to accept a report is unlawful.
