Mother of infant found near garbage bins in Samara arrested for two months
The Sovetsky District Court of Samara remanded in custody a 23-year-old woman who, according to the investigation, left a stroller with her two-month-old daughter near garbage containers. She has been charged under three articles of the Russian Criminal Code, including an assault on a juvenile affairs inspector.
