Famous shark Bukan-gi returns to Busan canal hours after rescue operation
Bukan-gi, a dusky shark that lived in the Busan canal for a month and became a local attraction, was moved out to open sea on Wednesday, but by Thursday morning it had returned again, crossing the barriers. Authorities reinforced the nets and are considering capturing and transporting the shark. Over 1.6 million visitors came to see it over the month, but its health raises concerns: it looks emaciated, is not eating and, according to reports, is injured.
