State Duma proposes transferring confiscated cars to hospitals and schools
KPRF deputies and senator Airat Gibatdinov sent Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin a proposal to transfer, free of charge, cars confiscated under court rulings to budget-funded institutions — hospitals, schools, social welfare, culture and sports organizations. The proposal does not create new grounds for seizing cars from citizens.
