Book cafes and stores to receive preferential loans of up to 1 billion soums per territory
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the procedure for issuing loans to expand book cafes and bookstores through the Youth Entrepreneurship Development Fund: up to 1 billion soums per territory, a term of up to three years, and a rate of 50% of the Central Bank's base rate. Conditions include selling more than 10,000 books per month, having premises, and an approved business plan.
