Bismarck's descendant called on Germany to restore direct contacts with Russia
Alexander von Bismarck, head of the Russian-German forum 'Bismarck Dialogue', said in an interview with Izvestia that the restoration of relations between Moscow and Berlin should begin with personal communication rather than political statements. He also referred to the famous statement of his ancestor about the friendship of the two countries as a guarantee of peace in Europe.
