Russian Foreign Ministry Demands Explanations from the US on Biolaboratories in Ukraine
Konstantin Vorontsov, deputy head of the Russian Foreign Ministry department, stated at a UN General Assembly session that components of bioweapons may have been developed in Ukrainian laboratories with Pentagon support, and demanded explanations from Washington. Ukraine has previously rejected such accusations.
