Six-story building near Qipchoq metro station in Tashkent put up for sale over debts for 15 billion soums

The Bureau of Forced Execution has listed a commercial building with an area of 4028 sq. m in the Yangihayot district of Tashkent on E-auksion. The starting price is 15 billion soums, with the auction scheduled for November 16. The sale is being carried out under a decision of the Tashkent Economic Court dated July 2025.
