Satyricon prepares for court battle with contractor: a 4-billion-ruble lawsuit and questions about the reconstruction investor
The Satyricon Theatre intends to use the Moscow Arbitration Court to force the contractor Evrostropodryad to complete the reconstruction of the building on Sheremetyevskaya Street and to recover a penalty of more than 4 billion rubles. According to Life.ru, the project's investor Art-Invest effectively ceased operations in 2025, and its owners had previously been Konstantin Raikin himself and his partner Anatoly Polyankin.
