State prosecution requests five years in prison colony for Zhanna Nemtsova in the undesirable organization case
The prosecutor at the trial in Moscow's Zamoskvoretsky Court has requested that Zhanna Nemtsova be sentenced in absentia to five years in a general-regime colony under Part 3 of Article 284.1 of the Russian Criminal Code. Earlier, the court arrested her in absentia and then placed her on an international wanted list.
