Court reclassifies case of police colonel who fired shots at a car wash in Armavir
A police colonel who shot at a 19-year-old driver over a queue at a car wash in Armavir was initially sentenced to a year and a half in a penal colony, but the regional court reclassified the case. The prosecutor's office and the victim's family challenged the decision; next week the Fourth Cassation Court will review the case.
