Kaspersky: hackers for state-sponsored APT groups are recruited on closed forums
Kaspersky Lab expert Sergey Lozhkin told Gazeta.Ru how APT groups engage third-party developers of malware modules: through closed underground forums and through acquaintances among specialists. In his estimate, there are several thousand such high-level developers worldwide.
