Convicts in the Larisa Dolina apartment fraud case appealed the recovery of 114 million rubles
Angela Tsirulnikova and Andrei Osnova filed appeals against the ruling of the Lefortovo Court of Moscow, which ordered them to pay more than 114 million rubles jointly and severally in favor of Larisa Dolina. The litigation took place against the backdrop of a suspended case against a defendant who left for the special military operation zone, and the Supreme Court's recognition of the apartment's ownership rights for the buyer.
