Deputy Aksenenko named the expenses on a mortgaged apartment beyond the down payment
First deputy chairman of the State Duma committee on construction and housing and utilities Alexander Aksenenko told Gazeta.Ru that the down payment does not cover all the costs of buying an apartment with a mortgage: separate money is needed for appraisal, registration, insurance, renovation, and a reserve in case of loss of income. Using the example of a 10 million ruble apartment, he estimated the additional expenses at hundreds of thousands of rubles.
