AI companion Tolan raised $30 million, doubling its total funding
Tolan, a startup behind an AI companion for managing everyday tasks and emotional support, raised $30 million from Union Square Ventures, Khosla Ventures and Homebrew. According to Upstarts Media, the company's valuation exceeded the previous $120 million; PitchBook values it at more than $268 million. The app has more than 250,000 active users.
