Neuropsychologist Kolobova: smartphones do not accelerate brain aging, peak development occurs at 22–25 years

Scientists linked plant protein to reduced risk of sarcopenic obesity and slower biological aging

Chinese researchers analyzed data from more than 15 thousand people and found that active consumption of plant protein is associated with a reduced risk of sarcopenic obesity by approximately 14% and a biological age on average 10–11 months lower than the calculated value. No consistent association was found for animal protein. The results were published in the journal Frontiers in Nutrition.
