A resident of Cherepovets received an administrative fine for a social media comment in which she suggested taking money from officials of the Vologda Region and 'shooting down' the regional government over a lack of funding to complete the construction of a clinic. The protocol was drawn up under the article on inciting hatred toward representatives of authority.
