Kremlin does not name a date for Putin's address to the Federal Assembly
Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the timing of Vladimir Putin's address to the Federal Assembly has not yet been determined: the head of state himself will make the decision. The last address was delivered on February 29, 2024; no address was given in 2025. The question of Putin's participation in the G20 summit in Miami on December 14–15, 2026 also remains open.
