University in Lithuania finds plagiarism in prime minister's doctoral dissertation
The committee of ISM University of Management and Economics has identified violations of academic ethics in the dissertation of Lithuanian Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevičius, defended in 2015. He was given six months to correct the shortcomings, but revoking the degree was not recommended.
