What is being sold and on what terms
The Bureau of Enforcement has put premises in a building in Tashkent's Shaykhantakhur district up for sale, as announced on E-auksion. The property is located on the Jangokh massif, near the intersection of Zulfiyakhanum and Abai streets, close to the Embassy of Kazakhstan. According to published photos, a Makro supermarket, a bar and a restaurant currently operate in the building.
Lot parameters
Buyers are offered the lower three floors of a five-story building. The total area of the lot is 1,722 square meters, with a usable area of 1,526 square meters; all utilities are available — gas, electricity, water supply and sewerage. The starting price is 16.305 billion soums. The auction is scheduled for November 16, starting at 10:00.
Grounds for the sale
The lot is being sold pursuant to a decision of the Bukhara Interdistrict Court for Economic Cases dated November 2025 (enforcement document 4−2001−2505/8821). Two restrictions have been imposed on the property by a bank and one by the capital's Bureau of Enforcement. Spot previously reported that the building of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade was put up for sale in central Tashkent.
Context
Selling real estate through the Bureau of Enforcement on the E-auksion platform is a standard debt recovery mechanism: the debtor's property is sold at auction by court decision, and the proceeds go toward repaying obligations to creditors. The publication does not disclose who the debtor is for this lot or the amount of the debt. Judging by the imposed restrictions, a bank is among the creditors, but details of the encumbrances have not yet been revealed. This is not the first major property in Tashkent to be put up for auction as part of enforcement proceedings: a ministry building was previously put up for sale.
