The plaque — no earlier than in 10 years
A memorial plaque to People's Artist of the RSFSR Lidia Fedoseyeva-Shukshina may appear in Moscow no earlier than in 10 years. This was reported to RIA Novosti by Moscow City Duma deputy, People's Artist of Russia Yevgeny Gerasimov. 'After 10 years, each plaque is discussed. So we will return to this issue after some time,' he explained. Thus, no decision on commemorating the actress has been made yet: under the current Moscow procedure, the question has simply been postponed for a ten-year period, and this applies not only to Fedoseyeva-Shukshina but to every plaque.
