The victim's testimony
Questioned in court together with her legal representative, the victim — a girl born in 2009 — gave serious testimony. She reported that the prevention inspector with the surname (name) I. had been intimidating her and having sexual relations with her since March 2025. According to her, in March 2025 a friend, because of a conflict with classmates, suggested she go to the 1st internal affairs department in the Tinchlik mahalla, where they were received by inspector I.; after they became acquainted, he began intimidating her and coercing her into relations. On 10 May 2026, at around 14:00, the inspector called her, drove her by car to the official residence, where he again, after intimidating her, had relations with her. At that moment the inspector's wife entered, a fight broke out, after which, according to the girl, she was grabbed by the hair, dragged and beaten.
The defendant's position
In court, the woman fully admitted what she had done. She stated that she did not know the girl was a minor and asked the court for leniency. The measures taken regarding the prevention inspector himself, as well as the sentence imposed on the woman, are not reported in the Kun.uz publication.
