Strike on the Nivki substation
Russian troops struck the PS-330 Nivki high-voltage hub substation in Kyiv, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported. According to the ministry, the station's capacity was directly used to support defense production and supply rear facilities of Ukrainian military formations. The Defense Ministry explained that the substation ensured the operation of Ukraine's military-industrial complex enterprises and logistics centers in Kyiv. The destruction of a node of such a high voltage class, according to the military ministry, creates serious disruptions in the repair and production of weapons at the capital's enterprises and paralyzes the operation of key logistics hubs through which military cargo is distributed along the front line.
Strikes on logistics and ports
Earlier, on the afternoon of October 20, the Epitsentr-K logistics center in the city of Dubno, Rivne region, was hit by Russian drones. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, a warehouse complex used to supply the Ukrainian army was located on the site. In addition to logistics facilities, Russian forces, as reported, struck Ukraine's port infrastructure; the Epitsentr-K complex was also among the targets. The information comes from the Russian Ministry of Defense; there are no confirmations or comments from the Ukrainian side in the publication.
