Cancellation of the performance
Actor and TV presenter Vyacheslav Manucharov announced on his Telegram channel the cancellation of a performance of the play “Fate by Exchange”, in which he plays the leading role. The production was scheduled for October 23. According to the actor, the reason for the cancellation was a scheduling conflict: on that day he will not be in Moscow. Manucharov emphasized that everything is fine with him and that this is a rare case — according to him, possibly the first such case in his entire career. The next performance of the play, the actor said, will take place on November 17.
Lawsuit with Tefal
In August 2025, the company Tefal filed a lawsuit against Manucharov over an advertisement in which the actor compared domestic frying pans with French products. The company sought to recover 2 million rubles from the actor, accusing him of unlawful use of the trademark and of causing damage to the business reputation of the frying pans. In December, the parties concluded a settlement agreement, which was approved by the Moscow Arbitration Court.
