Building near Chilonzor metro put up for sale
The State Assets Management Agency has put up for sale via E-auksion the main academic building of the National Pedagogical University campus in the Chilonzor district of Tashkent, Spot.uz reports citing the platform. The basis for the sale is the privatization program approved by presidential decree in April 2025.

The four-story building is being sold together with 1.675 ha of adjacent territory; the total area of the premises is 9,107 sq. meters. All utilities are connected to the facility — water supply, sewerage, gas, and electricity. The starting price is 269.189 billion soums. The auction is scheduled for October 26, starting at 10:00.
Conditions for the buyer
The university is preparing to move to a new campus being built in New Tashkent. The buyer will receive the buildings and land no later than the end of 2029, on the condition of establishing a non-state educational institution on their basis.
Other campus lots
In addition, auxiliary buildings with 1.43 ha of land have been put up for sale, valued at 207.24 billion soums. Initially, the entire campus was offered as a single lot for 886.6 billion soums. Earlier, Spot reported that SAMA also put up for auction a 99.9% state stake in the company Namangan Agro Logistics.
