New appointment in the Chilanzar district
Hayot Ilyasovich Inogamov has been approved as khokim of the Chilanzar district of Tashkent, the press service of the capital's khokimiyat reported. Prior to this appointment, he had headed the Yangihayot district since November 2020 — since the moment of its formation.
Biography of the new khokim
Hayot Inogamov was born in 1986 in Tashkent. In 2006 he graduated from the Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute, and in 2008 — the master's program of the same university. Over the years, he held responsible positions in the field of transport and road infrastructure, as well as in the public administration system. On November 16, 2020, Inogamov was approved as the first khokim of the Yangihayot district, formed from parts of the territories of the Sergeli and Bektemir districts of Tashkent, as well as several districts of the Tashkent region.
Change in the post and other reshuffles
As khokim of the Chilanzar district, Inogamov replaced Saidkakhor Kholkhujaev, who was relieved of his post due to moving to another job. Kholkhujaev had headed the district since August 2022 — for more than four years. He is expected to take the post of Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade. In addition, on October 15, Lazizbek Temirov became khokim of the Yangihayot district instead of Inogamov, and Abdulaziz Abdulkhakov was approved as khokim of the Yashnabad district. According to the publication, the first deputy khokim of the Sergeli district, Akmal Zhumaboev, may become khokim of the Yakkasaray district instead of Nilufar Allabergenova.
