New Appointment in Yashnabad District

Abdulaziz Akhatovich Abdulhakov has been appointed as the head of Yashnabad District in Tashkent, according to the press service of the Tashkent City Administration. According to the publication, he was born in 1980 in Tashkent and graduated from Tashkent State Technical University in 2006. Throughout his career, he held several responsible positions in the fields of construction, architecture, and utilities.

Previous Place of Employment

Since 2025, Abdulhakov served as the Director of the Social Infrastructure Construction Department at UET Construction LLC in Tashkent. This engineering and construction company was founded in 2023 in Tashkent and is engaged in the design, supply, and construction of energy, industrial, and infrastructure facilities, as well as participating in the New Tashkent projects.

Predecessor

Previously, the Yashnabad District was led by Bakhtiyor Rahmankulov, who was appointed to this position in August 2020. He has been relieved of his duties due to a transfer to another position. Prior to his appointment as the district head, Rahmankulov served as the Deputy Head of Tashkent and the Head of the Main Department of Housing and Utilities.
