Muzaffar Kalandarov has been appointed deputy khokim of Khorezm Region for construction, creation of a barrier-free environment, communications, utilities, ecology and greening. This was reported by the region's administration (khokimiyat).

Career of the new deputy

Muzaffar Kalandarov was born in 1980 in the Khazorasp district of Khorezm Region and graduated from Urgench State University in 2002. Over the course of his career he worked in various positions in the road industry: he was chief engineer at 'Khorezmavtoyul', headed LLC 'Azamat Khorezm special construction', and served as deputy khokim of the Bogot district for construction. Since 2024, he had headed the main department of construction and housing and utilities of Khorezm Region.
